Scandal Surrounding Alleged Extramarital Affair of Former U.S. Hispanic Chamber Leaders from Dallas moves into Court
Dallas businesswoman Nina Vaca is accused in a lawsuit of sexual harassment and orchestrating the departure of Javier Palomarez from his former position as president and CEO of the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
Palomarez also alleges in the suit that Vaca led a campaign of “revenge” and “bullying” against him after he ended a multi-year extramarital affair with Vaca about two years ago.
Vaca at the time was his superior as chairwoman of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Foundation. Five other current and former foundation board of directors are also defendants, including CNN political contributor Maria Cardona, and so is BP America, which employed one of the board members.
